How do I return an item?

No refunds are issued for products.
Many of our products are perishable, and temperature sensitive. Once we process your return, you will receive a store credit for any items which can be returned to inventory, less a 50% restocking fee. If your order was damaged in shipping, please contact us so that we can work with the shipper to recover damages and replace damaged products. Many of our products are temperature sensitive and are shipped in thermal containers. If you don't have an RMA then then we will not accept your return shipment or issue credit to your account.
